SEQTA Engage is the parent and caregiver online portal allowing you to be an active participant in your child’s learning. Through SEQTA Engage, parents are able to receive communication from the school, view tasks and homework for each subject, and access academic results and reports.

Access to the 'TASS Parent Lounge' Portal login page is via SEQTA Engage.
You will need to log in using the username and password that was assigned to you. For security reasons, please change your password when you log in for the first time by clicking on the Change Password link on the Parent Details drop-down menu.
Username: Your username is your Parent Code/Account Number. It is a 5 digit code beginning with 1, such as 10001.
If you are not sure of your parent code and have access to one of your bills, your parent code number is your account number on the top right-hand side of the Account Statement. If you do not have access to your bill, you will need to come into the School Office with identification in order to retrieve your username.

Initially, a welcome email will be sent from the School to parents/caregivers which allows them to set up a SEQTA Engage account. You will be asked to set up and confirm a personal password and proceed to log in.
Those who have already set up a login can reach the login page for St Columba Anglican School by simply clicking on the orange Engage icon above or typing in the web address engage.scas.nsw.edu.au. Alternatively, you can access the portal via a mobile app.
Parents will have seven days to log in after receiving the welcome email. After this expiration time, parents will need to contact the School to re-provision access.

Simply click on the ‘forgot my password’ option on the SEQTA Engage login page. If you wish to change your password, once logged in, go to the Settings option.

SEQTA Engage is a comprehensive learning management system that integrates attendance tracking, pastoral care, and timetabling.
The TASS Parent Lounge is a secure platform that facilitates payments, excursion acceptance, Parent-Teacher interview bookings, and updates to your personal details.
Both platforms can be accessed securely through the SEQTA Engage site or app.
TASS Parent Lounge will still be used for payments, excursions, booking Parent-Teacher interviews and updating details. For security reasons, your username and password for the Parent Lounge will be separate from your login details for SEQTA Engage. Password management best practices suggest making login details different for every platform, and we encourage using a unique password and username for SEQTA Engage. Both Parent Lounge and SEQTA Engage have a process for forgotten passwords that can be accessed from each login. If you have forgotten your username or need help logging in to either of these platforms, please contact us.
The SEQTA Engage app can be downloaded to any IOS or Android device. Downloading the app will allow you to receive push notifications from SEQTA Engage or simply access your portals through your mobile device.
Accepting tours and excursions can be done through SEQTA Engage. This video takes you through the process of viewing outstanding tours, accepting or declining tours and making payments if required for students to attend excursions.
The Dashboard is where you can see notes, pastoral care details, student timetables and unresolved absences. To get these to appear on your dashboard, click on the "Options Selected" tab, and tick the boxes of those items you want to show on your dashboard.
On the SEQTA Engage welcome screen you will find a "Parent Teacher Interview" link. Once you click on this link you will be taken to the secure Parent Lounge and will need your Parent Lounge username and password. Your username for the Lounge is your Parent Code (which can be found on your Tuition Fees account). If you need any assistance with booking a parent teacher interview, please contact us.
Parents have the ability to email teachers via SEQTA Engage. This can be done through the student timetable by clicking on the class. A pop-up box will appear with an email option.
